ALC Summer Camp

Our summer enrichment camp is ready for fun in the sun! Apostles maintains a low student-teacher ratio, provides a nurturing environment, in-house field trips, splash-water play days, and nutritious meals.

Choose the weeks (minimum of 4 weeks) your child (ages 4 -7) will attend.

ALC Summer Enrichment Program

Weeks May 29th and June 4th (closed for Memorial Day May 28th)

Reading Sparks the Imagination: Books are a door to opening our imagination through various types of literature: nursery rhymes, poetry, fiction and non-fiction.

Weeks June 11th and 18th

It’s Great to be Healthy: Plant a garden and watch it grow as the children learn about plants. Barnyard Friends visits to explore the part that animals play in providing us with healthy food. Children will experiment with new taste sensations as they cook some yummy treats.

Weeks June 25th and July 2nd (closed July 4th for Independence Day)

Road Trip USA:  Take a ride on a train, plane or car and discover the diversity of our own country – people, geography, food, landmarks. Explore the mountains to go camping, the ocean to go snorkeling, fishing, boating, sand castle building. Our annual school Independence Day parade (campers may bring bikes, trikes or scooters) led by Uncle Sam.

Weeks July 9th and 16th

Passport Around the World:  Pack your bags to begin your journey to discover different cultures, foods, people, landmarks, geography, sports, and animals. Learn words in a different languages, songs and dances. Parents are invited to be our guest speakers to share their culture and a Family Multi Cultural Pot Luck Dinner.

Weeks July 23rd and July 30th

Building our City:   Let your imagination “go wild” as you build some awesome creations using materials in the classroom (blocks, Legos) as well as recyclable materials. What is a simple machine, a pulley, a wedge, etc. and how do they assist in making our jobs easier?

Tuition

At ALC, we believe in being transparent about our tuition and fees. Our tuition reflects ALC’s low teacher-to-child ratios, small class sizes and low staff turnover.

Weekly tuition at ALC includes all meals and snacks, as well as enrichment activities—music for all ages, science, Spanish and sports skills for older children. ALC offers weekly Chapel time and we also bring in on-site field trips to add to our play and learning.

ALC offers one tuition free week after your child has attended the Center for three months.
