Barbara Jackson (Administrative Assistant) has been with ALC since 2000 and has been working in the office setting since 1993. Ms. Barbara has her Business Degree from Greenleaf Community College in Atlanta. In her spare time, Ms. Barbara enjoys going to movies, out to eat with friends and family, loves to read, and make crochet purses and gifts ( has received 1 and 2 place in the craft festival). One thing she loves about working in the child care field are the different kinds of children and families that she interacts with daily.

Ashley Russell has been with ALC since 2020 and has worked in childcare for over 8 years. In her spare time, Ashley likes to listen to worship music, read, write, travel, going for a walk, shopping, and spending quality time with her family. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is being able to shower children with knowledge and information, watching them grow, as well as experiencing the little moments with them daily.

Yamaris Rivera has been with ALC since 2021 and has worked in childcare for 3 years. In her spare time, Yamaris likes to read, shop, and spend quality time with her vivacious daughter and lovely boyfriend. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is witnessing the children thrive and learn, as well as seeing their beautiful smiles daily.
Director Ciara Thomas

Ciara Thomas has worked in the Early Education field for 28 years and has a strong passion for creating a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment for every child. With her background in Montessori and various other curricula, she has successfully led programs focusing on both educational growth and joyful play. She loves seeing the children thrive and watching them become their individual little people with fun personalities. As Director, she is committed to supporting our families, strengthening our teaching team and continuing to make our center a place where children love to learn and explore.
