Ms. Squezia Miller (Infant 1 Lead Teacher) has been with ALC since 2001 and has worked in child care since 1985. In her spare time, Ms. Squezia enjoys making tutus, making jewelry, and spending time with her grandkids. She loves working with children because she can give them the love and affection that is needed throughout the day. Ms. Squeiza also wants to make sure that her babies are learning all day.

DaCarla Couvillion has been with ALC since 2022 and has worked in childcare for over 3 years. In her spare time, DaCarla likes to cook, play/coach/watch football, and working on cars. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is being able to work with children, helping them learn and develop new skills.

Jasmine Moody has been with ALC since 2024 and has worked in childcare for over 6 years. In her spare time, Jasmine likes to craft resin art and crochet blankets. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is watching the little children grow and develop, as well as how the kids bring something new to her day, every day.

Micha-Ella Pinca has been with ALC since 2022 and has worked in childcare for over 6 years. In her spare time, Micha-Ella likes totravel, go shopping, and watch movies. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is the opportunity to be part of their growth and provide a safe environment is incredibly rewarding, as well as being around babies/kids!

Tatyanna Hayes has been with ALC since 2023 and has worked in childcare since 2021. In her spare time, Tatyanna likes to relax, watch movies, play with her son Karter, and take walks in the park. One thing that she loves about working in the childcare field is the bond she grows with each child.
