In her spare time, Ms. Anne loves walking her dog and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Anne loves the challenges of this toddler age group. She loves to help them grow!

Ms. Shara Crawford (Tiny Tots Assistant Teacher) has been at ALC since 2019 and worked in childcare since 1997. In her spare time, Ms. Shara loves to take naps and loves to craft. Ms. Shara loves working with toddlers because she says that they are amazing.

Ms. TiQuana (Tots Lead Teacher) called Ms. T by the kids, has been with ALC since 2005 and has worked in childcare since 1991. In her spare time, Ms. T loves spending time with her family. Ms. T enjoys teaching because children’s minds are like sponges—they are excited about all the new things introduced to them in the classroom.

Tots Assistant Teacher

Ms. Lori (Tots Assistant Teacher) has been with ALC since 1999 and has worked in child care since 1996. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SUNNY Albany. Ms. Lori enjoys nurturing children, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. She loves working with children because she likes to nurture them and their curiosity.
